Good morning team! We are at the mid point of November and things are really heating up! Every member of every team is giving it all they have got and it shows in the numbers! The Gold Rush Is On.
Marketing budgets are exploding. Every business wants visibility, traffic, and leads, and they’re willing to pay for it. This is the time to lean in, push setup fees, and show clients how we turn ad dollars into ROI.

Business Marketing Budgets are increasing more and more each month, it is time to strike while the iron is hot!! Let’s get out there and crush some deals team!!

Closer Shout Out: Setup Fee Madness!

Major shoutout to both Lance and Drew for knocking out multiple full setup fee’s last week! Those setup fee’s make such a massive difference on your paycheck, you can literally 3x your commission just by simply collecting the setup fee on your closes. Yes, 3x more than you are currently making right now. To simplify, that’s the difference between a $99 commission and a $250 – $300 commission on a single close.

Some tips on getting the full setup fee:

  1. Don’t make a big deal about the setup fee. Mention it and keep moving forward. It’s only a big thing if you make it one! Just assume the sale and keep moving forward.
  2. Don’t use price drops to handle objections that have nothing to do with price. If you do this, not only did you lose out on the setup fee money, but you didn’t even overcome the objection. Don’t do this!
  3. If there is a price objection, lower the price in $50 increments.

Now go out there and get some setup fees!!

Client Spotlight: 2 Guys Plumbing

This client came to us with so many problems, I wasn’t sure how it would be possible to solve them all in a timely manner, but somehow our rockstar IT and Customer Service teams came through and then some!!

This client’s listing was suspended, they lost all 80 of their reviews, had no access to their listing, website, email or anything, and on top of that, were very angry about it! Oh, did we mention the previous company they were working with was holding their listing hostage? It was a real doozy.

Well, fast forward just a few days and BOOM we took over the listing, got it reinstated, optimized it, got all the reviews back and the best part is: they are now ranking NUMBER ONE for all the services they provide! Talk about turning a frown upside down. Way to go IT and Customer Service teams!!!

Every call is an opportunity to close the deal right then and there. For every objection, there is a rebuttal and if you rebut every objection relentlessly and loop back into asking for the close on every single call, you will make $10k+ a month here. It’s as simple as that. So the next time you feel like setting a callback instead of using a rebuttal, think to yourself, “Do I want to make life changing money, or do I want to put in the same amount of work for less money?”. My guess is you want to make life changing money, and to do that all you need to do is push for the close and never back down on a single call.
