This Week’s Non-Negotiables
• Keep it simple.
The best closers don’t overcomplicate. Clear, direct, and controlled always wins. Don’t go off on wild tangents, focus on the pitch and closing the deal. That way, you don’t end up talking for over an hour to someone you were never going to close.
• Speak with certainty.
Present the offer like it’s the obvious next step. Not a question, but an assumption that we are moving forward together.
• Rebuttal, NEVER retreat.
Objections are just detours. Acknowledge, address, and bring it right back to the close. Call me another time” is not an ending, that is when the call begins. That’s your cue to dig deeper, find the hesitation, and keep moving forward.
• Follow-up with purpose.
Stay in it until you get a clear answer. A Firm yes or no. If you are ending calls up in the air, you are not pushing hard enough. There is literally no reason for them to wait, this service is a no brainer with HUGE return on investment.
