4 days. No input needed from the client, completely hands off for them. And just like that, IT was able to gain access to the Google business listing (client had no access previously), perform all the onpage optimization, begin all the off-page optimization, and update the listing info to make it accurate.

The result? Immediate first page ranking for all of their areas of practice. Like MAGIC, this client is not crushing it, getting a huge increase in new client calls, and ranking above their competitors. With one new client averaging $5000 for Jeremy, you can imagine how happy they are with their return on investment.

AI Lead Gen: Real Estate Expansion.

Cinesta has done such an incredible job with the AI lead generation campaign, most notably with the Lawyer sector, we are now expanding into a whole new sector with a massive pool of leads. Cliff had the excellent idea to move into the Realtor / Real Estate Agent sector, and last week, we were able to acquire a lead list of 1.4 million leads for this sector! Thats a BIG pool and we are ready to dive right in!

With the commission on a single home sale being $20,000 – $50,000, you could say the return on investment on $399/mo is pretty massive! Excellent strategy Cliff, and great job Cinesta for getting us here! 

We will begin ramping up this new campaign this week, so get ready for Real Estate Agent leads to start coming your way Closers! Again with their commissions being in the tens of thousands for a single sale, this is an absolute no brainer for these people. LET’S GOOOOOOOO!!!

This week, keep it simple: Turn action into income.

Focus on:

• Pushing call volume higher than ever.
  
• Tightening rebuttals so objections don’t stand a chance. Do not back down EVER no matter what the objection is, just rebuttal and loop back into a closing statement.
  
• Closing with confidence on every opportunity. Assume the sale and just start closing. Be excited, be confident.
  

Every dial is a potential money in the bank. Every follow-up is a future fat paycheck. Every close is a leap toward your life goals.

This train isn’t slowing down, it’s speeding up. The only question is: are you riding it, or watching it pass you by?
