Sales Spotlight

Major shout out to Drew for knocking out $2300 in sales in a single shift on Thursday! Holding strong to those setup fee’s and going for those add-ons makes all the difference on payday! If you want to make $800 in commissions in a single shift like Drew, then all you need to do is:

  • Keep it simple, don’t drop the price when price is not the objection. Use the relevant rebuttal for the objection and loop back into asking for the close.
  • Assume the close, move forward confidently, don’t ask for permission.
  • Don’t let “call me back” or “email me” knock you off track. Ask them what is holding them back, then loop back into closing.
  • Use your closing statements every single time. 3 times minimum per call.
  • Follow up relentlessly until you get a firm yes or no.
  • Close 2–3 big deals per day (and stack your add-ons like RTR).
  • Close today, not tomorrow. Tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Big shout out to the IT team on Fort Worth AC!! This client went from zero ranking to ranking for tons of their most valuable key phrases in just two weeks, and we’re just getting started!

This ranking is going to totally transform how this HVAC company operates. They can focus on filling up their calendar and billing for jobs, while we keep the new customers pouring in. With average residential installs ranging from $7,000 – $12,000, that is a pretty massive return on investment!! Not bad for $399 a month haha.

Do not let a single lead slip through the cracks, keep after them until you get a firm YES or No. Utilize your “Preferred Hot Leads” list in Salesforce to make sure you are keeping track of your leads that are close to being closed.
