Summon the Close
The close doesn’t happen by accident.
You summon it with:
- Excited tonality.
- Building Massive Value
- Using the propert rebuttal on EVERY objection
- Asking for the sale early and often
- Never ending the call until you get a firm YES or NO
Don’t get pulled into endless ghost conversations with people who will never buy.
If the lead isn’t moving forward → move on to the next soul. Don’t talk in circles.
There are too many buyers right now to waste time on the undead.
Every second counts. Your time is the most valuable currency you have.

End The Month STRONG.
As October begins to wrap up let’s end this month STRONG and run those numbers up!! We’ve built the momentum, we’ve sharpened our skills, and the market is wide open right now. Remember, this is how you maximize your paycheck and make life changing money:
- SETUP FEE. Setup fee. Setup fee. This is number one for a reason. If you are not going hard for the full setup fee on every single call, and stair-stepping any setup fee price reductions, then you will just never make it. The setup fee is the number one priority by a MASSIVE margin. Get your setup fee.
- Overcome the objection NOW. Solve the problem NOW. Setting a callback is what you do when they are literally hanging up on you. If they are still talking, you should still be rebuttaling objections and closing the deal. Keep them engaged until the credit card is in hand.
- Time and conversation management are about focus and purpose. Every minute you spend should move you closer to a close, not just fill the air. Don’t waste 30 – 60 minutes chatting with someone who isn’t going to buy. Identify real buyers fast, build value, and guide them confidently toward the close. The best closers know how to connect, qualify, and close efficiently, making every second count.
